This project consisted of a three-story, 70,000-square-foot office building. Approximately one half of the first floor and all of the second and third floors are leased to a tenant, Qualchoice of Virginia. The building core consists of elevator lobbies, restrooms, stairway landings, two elevators, and service closets and electrical closets. The first floor lobby consists of marble tile floor, cherry panel millwork, and interior gypsum columns. The tenant space consists of office spaces, one third of which is drywall floor to ceiling height only, and two thirds is open space for office cubicles.
There are several conference rooms and one large training room with an operable partition on the first floor. The exterior consists of an entry road and large parking areas, a dumpster pad with a fantasy brick screen wall, trellis members on the front and rear elevations, and 160’ of retaining wall with handrail.
