Architect:
Sease & Associates, P.C.
Contract:
$1.2 million
Completed:
October 2003
This project was a two-story structure with masonry bearing walls including a bar joist flood system for a partial second (2nd) floor and a residential style roof system with wood trusses and asphalt shingles. There were minimum interior finishes, with the majority of the walls being painted C.M.U. or drywall. The project
consisted of very limited interior wood trim or casework.
The owner’s representative, Mark Byerly, was an integral part of the design and planning. He was very knowledgeable of the documents and the design intent. His presence on the job site twice a day contributed to a smooth-flowing project that seldom waited for owner or architect decisions.
