This project is a phased project with six (6) individual phases. The scope of work includes renovation of the existing 2-story outpatient care facility and 23,000+ SF addition including site work and landscaping. Construction will begin with site work and the existing 2nd floor renovations.
Early completion of the existing 2nd floor allows the current family practice operating on the 1st floor to relocate to the 2nd floor. Renovation of the existing 1st floor imaging area and existing stairwell wraps up the existing building renovations.
Site work includes demolition of a portion of the existing parking lot and concrete, tree removal, underground utilities, site concrete, asphalt paving and landscaping.
The new addition includes structural steel, CMU, metal framing, brick exterior, EPDM and metal roof systems, rooftop screen, significant amount of casework, lead lined partitions and nurse call station.
All work is to be completed in 420 calendar days.
