Rocco Building Supplies, LLC has teamed up with Nielsen Builders, Inc. to construct a 200’ x 210’ warehouse with a 200’ x 50’ canopy at the 560 Pleasant Valley Road, Harrisonburg, VA office and distribution center. The 42,000 square foot warehouse utilizes the benefits of tilt-up wall panels, with steel bar joists, metal deck, and a TPO roof system. The building also includes a conditioned office space, breakroom, restrooms, and a storage closet. Nielsen has organized a design team that includes The Gaines Group, PLC (Architect), Mid Valley Electric, A-Able Plumbing, and Air Quality Systems for the design and building of their respective scopes of work.

Rocco Building Supplies will aquire all civil engineering services and design for site permit and construction through Blackwell Engineering, Inc. Good’s Services will complete the earthwork portion of the project. The new warehouse facility accommodates the company’s consistant increased sales volumes since the early 1970’s.
